Using the site
Biga Pizza Calculator is free to use, with no account. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Results are guidance
The calculator gives ingredient weights and fermentation estimates based on a simplified model and reference recipes. Flour, yeast, water, equipment and kitchen temperatures vary, so results can differ from what you see in your own dough. Use your judgement, watch the dough, and adjust. We can't guarantee any particular result.
Food safety
You are responsible for handling and storing ingredients and dough safely, and for checking ingredients for allergies or intolerances.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using it, including wasted ingredients or a disappointing pizza.

The site's text, code and design belong to their author. Recipes from other sources are credited and linked to their authors. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we're not responsible for their content.
